Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hanafuda Legends ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Termos de serviço ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Hanafuda Legends is an online card game platform, available through our website and through mobile applications (together, the "Service"). The Service allows users to:

• Play Koi-Koi (a traditional Japanese card game)
• Create accounts and track game statistics
• Play against other users or computer opponents
• Participate in ranked and private game sessions

Where you access the Service through a mobile application, your use is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account
• The Service is a traditional card game intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum age
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us
• When deleting your account, you may be asked to provide optional feedback about why you're leaving
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone - all your data will be permanently removed
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

1. Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
2. Harm Others: Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
3. Impersonate: Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
4. Interfere: Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
5. Automated Access: Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Service
6. Exploit: Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service, including any attempt to manipulate advertising, rewards, or in-game currency
7. Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
8. Spam: Send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements
9. Inappropriate Content: Post, transmit, or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
10. Commercial Use: Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission

We will review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material concerned. Accounts belonging to repeat infringers may be terminated.

Game Rules and Fair Play

• You agree to play by the established game rules
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unfair advantages is prohibited
• We reserve the right to reset statistics or ban accounts for violations
• Game results and statistics are final and not subject to dispute

Fair play and rewards

Hanafuda Legends is free to play. Ratings, ranks, badges and any in-game rewards are granted for genuine play. We may limit or withhold rewards and adjust ratings where we detect collusion, repeated matches arranged to farm results, multiple accounts, automation, or exploitation of bugs, and we may suspend accounts that do so.

Virtual items

Cosmetic items (such as profile pictures, card backs, decks and frames) and any in-game currency (Hana coins) are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, exchanged, transferred, or refunded, and are licensed to you for use within the game only. We may change, rebalance or discontinue virtual items and in-game currency, and may correct balances affected by bugs or abuse. Items granted to supporters are never removed. Seasons and prizes

Ranked seasons may offer prizes. Participation is free and requires no purchase. Winners are determined solely by the season ranking as described on the season rules page. To receive a physical prize you must have an account, be reachable through it, and provide a shipping address within 14 days of being contacted; otherwise the prize passes to the next eligible player. One account per person. Any customs duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Seasons and prizes are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple or Google.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Login com Google, Apple Sign-In, and analytics providers. On our website (hanafudalegends.com), the Service may also use advertising providers:

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies
• We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices
• We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party services

Advertising

On our website (hanafudalegends.com), the Service is free to use and displays advertising.

Our mobile applications do not display advertising, do not use advertising identifiers, and do not track users as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

• Advertisements are subject to the advertiser's own terms and privacy practices
• We do not endorse any advertised product or service, and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for any transaction between you and an advertiser
• You may not interfere with, block in a manner that circumvents our systems, obscure, or artificially interact with advertisements. Repeated or automated clicking on advertisements is prohibited and may result in account suspension

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a problem with the Service, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and we would rather fix something than argue about it.

Courts

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it may be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we may only bring proceedings against you there.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Política de privacidade, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Termos de serviço.
