Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hanafuda Legends ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Hanafuda Legends is an online card game platform that allows users to:

• Play Koi-Koi (a traditional Japanese card game)
• Create accounts and track game statistics
• Play against other users or computer opponents
• Participate in ranked and private game sessions

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone - all your data will be permanently removed

Game Rules and Fair Play

• You agree to play by the established game rules
