When you send a bug report, we attach the page you were on, the game mode, whether a match was in progress, the room code and match id if there was one, your account id or guest id, the app version, device and browser type, screen size, language, connection type, whether the game server connection was up, the time, an optional screenshot, and the last 20 error and connection events from that session. We do not attach your full browser identifier. If you ask to be told when it is fixed, we also keep the email address you enter.
When you send a bug report we store the description you write, the category and device or browser you select, the app version, your account or guest identifier, and — only if you attach it — a screenshot. The report also includes a short technical log of recent game events from your session (such as moves, timers and connection state) so we can reproduce the problem. We use this information only to investigate and fix bugs. Reports are kept for up to 90 days; screenshots are deleted automatically after 90 days.
To offer friend lists and private rooms we store who you have played with (including guest identifiers), friend requests you send or receive, and players you block. If you later create an account, the history linked to your guest identifier is merged into it. Blocking prevents the blocked player from joining your rooms; the player is not notified.
Other players can see your display name, profile picture, frame, rating and rank, your selected card back during a match, and your position on public leaderboards (including a short top-5 list on our homepage). Display names shown publicly are the names you choose; we don't show email addresses.
We publish anonymous totals such as the number of players in the last 30 days and games played today. These numbers cannot be used to identify you.
Playing without an account uses a random guest identifier stored in your browser or app. It links your settings, claimed cosmetics, recent opponents and daily-challenge streak. Creating an account merges that data into the account; clearing your browser data deletes the guest identifier from your device.
